Your destination? Joseph Decuis, a AAA Four Diamond Award winning restaurant in the small town of Roanoke between Huntington and Fort Wayne. It was also named one of the Top 50 Restaurants in the U.S. by the OpenTable's 2010 Diners' Choice Awards

Established as a private dining facility for a local insurance company, American Specialty, to entertain out-of-town clientele, it was soon opened to the public and quickly earned a distinctive reputation for superb gourmet dining. Maintaining a high standard of classical cooking combined with American creativity and local ingredients, Joseph Decuis' signature ingredient is the melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef. 

The majority of their ingredients come from Heritage Farm, a full working farm dedicated to supplying the restaurant. Located just six miles away, the farm focuses on organic practices and grows a variety of fresh seasonal herbs, vegetables and flowers and is home to free-range chickens and American Wagyu beef cattle, a.k.a Kobe beef. In fact, theirs is the only restaurant in the United States that raises Wagyu beef. The farm also offers Farm to Fork dinners during the summer, serving up atmosphere and dinner outdoors. Guests experience specially prepared, multi-course meals featuring the farm’s produce and meats.
